ODBC support and security
ODBC support provides direct access to any ODBC compliant database. Setup automated business forms, analyze active data from a database and limit results based on sorting rule, Automatic Filters and Pivot Tables. Any sensitive data can be encrypted with RC4 encryption and secured with a password.
OLE automation
Kingsoft Spreadsheets is API compatible with Microsoft Office application automation. Easily automate Kingsoft Spreadsheets through OLE/COM/ActiveX using the same scripts with minor modification.
