Kingsoft Office 2010 Professional can now open all Office Open XML files. All applications in the suite can open .DOCX documents, .XLSX spreadsheets, and .PPTX presentations. This compatibility is required since starting with Microsoft Office 2007, and continuing with the recently released Microsoft Office 2010, the OpenXML file formats (ECMA-376) have become the default file format of MS Office.

Is Kingsoft Office 2010 compatible with OpenOffice/NeoOffice? Can it open/save ODF-files?

Sorry, Kingsoft Office 2010 cannot open ODF files. It mainly supports Microsoft formats (e.g. DOC/DOCX, XLS/XLSX, and PPT, PPTX).
