Kingsoft Office 2009 includes three alternative Microsoft Office compatible applications: a word processor (Microsoft Word), spreadsheet editor (Microsoft Excel) and presentation creation utility (Microsoft PowerPoint). Kingsoft Office includes native PDF export support and does not require any third-party add-ons to create PDF output from any of the three applications. PDF bookmarks, table of contents (TOC) and permissions (encryption) are supported.
Kingsoft Office File Type Support
Kingsoft Office can open the following file types: .doc, .docx, .rtf, .xls, .xlsx, .csv, .dbf, .xml, .ppt, and .pps.
- Open the document in the appopriate Kingsoft Office application.
- Click the Export to PDF icon on the toolbar.
- Select the objects you wish to to export to PDF (e.g. bookmarks, hyperlinks, etc.).
- Click OK to begin the export process.

Export to PDF Support
Kingsoft Office allows the user to choose what features will be exported from the native document format to the PDF format. This includes metadata, comments, hyperlinks, footnotes, endnotes, bookmarks, encryption and permissions.

Compatible with Adobe Reader
Create fully compatible PDF (Portable Document Format) documents viewable with the FREE AdobeĀ® Reader. PDF documents will look exactly as you intended and can be viewed on a broad range of hardware, software and operating systems.
