Hi, I have Print2PDF installed on my Windows 2003 print server and am trying to connect to it from my Windows 2008 Citrix server but am getting an error. I am trying to install by adding a shared printer and entering the UNC path to the printer... \\printserver\Print2PDF. I get a prompt to install the driver and then when I click Install, I get an error stating "Windows cannot connect to the printer. Operation could not be completed (error 0x0000007e)"

Sorry, but Print2PDF 6 was released way before Windows Server 2008. You will need to upgrade to the latest version of Print2PDF 8. If you have any further questions, just let us know at sales@binarynow.com
